These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Spixor Alpha environment, including the public website, account system, access request flow, dashboard, builder, file management, exports, Spixor Share, flex forms, support channels and product update notices. By using Spixor, you agree to these Terms.
1. Alpha status and product changes
Spixor is an experimental pre-launch product. Features, workflows, exports, interface details, storage limits, plan conditions and access rules may change, break, pause or be removed at any time without prior notice. Spixor Alpha is not a guaranteed production service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be of legal age to create an account in your jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must verify your email address where required.
- You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
3. Access and activation
Access to the pre-alpha may require approval, a single-use activation key and compliance with product rules. Keys may be issued, withheld, suspended or revoked at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
4. Free and Orbit plans
The Free plan is available to all registered users at no cost. Orbit is a paid subscription tier currently marked Coming Soon during Alpha. Free plan limits include 5 projects, 2 exports per week and 75 MB File Manager storage. Orbit is planned to offer 20 projects, unlimited exports and 250 MB storage, subject to change. Orbit pricing, billing intervals and access conditions will be confirmed before release.
5. Billing and cancellation
When Orbit becomes available, it will be offered at the prices shown on the pricing page at checkout. Prices may vary by currency and region; the checkout price is leading. Billing terms, cancellation conditions and refund policy will be provided before any paid subscription is enabled. Spixor will not charge any payment method without explicit agreement at checkout.
6. User projects, content and files
You retain responsibility for content you create, upload, export or share. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use that content. Public shares, exports and files may expose content depending on your configuration. You are responsible for what you choose to publish, share or distribute through the platform.
7. Export-first workflows and project ownership
Spixor is built around an export-first philosophy: your projects and exported files belong to you. Spixor does not claim ownership over content you create in the builder or export from it. ZIP exports, WordPress exports and shared project files remain your intellectual property.
8. Spixor Share and Spixor Spaces
Spixor Share allows you to generate shareable preview links for projects. Public share links make project content accessible to anyone with the link; manage sharing settings carefully. Spixor Spaces (publishing to live hosted environments) is a planned feature, not yet available during Alpha.
9. Storage and file limits
File Manager storage is limited to 75 MB on Free and 250 MB on Orbit (planned). Files that exceed applicable limits or retention policies may be subject to deletion with reasonable notice. Do not use Spixor as a primary archive for irreplaceable files.
10. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, overload, attack, reverse-engineer unlawfully or disrupt the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or malicious content.
- Do not attempt to bypass technical, administrative or access controls.
- Do not use the pre-alpha as a guaranteed production service.
- Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-process data from the platform.
11. Support and communication
Support during Alpha is provided on a best-efforts basis. Email support via the public support form requires email confirmation before a ticket is created. Response times are not guaranteed. For urgent security matters, contact us directly through the support page.
12. Maintenance and availability
We may schedule or perform emergency maintenance, updates, rollbacks or schema migrations that may interrupt access, change workflows or reset sessions. Maintenance notices will be posted where possible.
13. Intellectual property
Except for your own content, the Spixor service, branding, software, interfaces and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Spixor or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants a license to the Spixor brand or codebase beyond using the product.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spixor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of data, lost business, interrupted access or failed exports arising from use of the pre-alpha. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis with no warranties of any kind beyond what is required by applicable law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity behind Spixor, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled in competent forums as required by applicable law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
17. Contact
